BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP SERIES BEGINS JANUARY 12, 2010 POSTED: DEC 08, 2009 Prairie Lakes Healthcare System will begin a Bereavement Support Group series on Tuesday, January 12 from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the Medical Office Building (Room B) on the Prairie Lakes campus. The group will meet weekly thereafter on January 19, 26 and February 2 and 9 and is designed for adults who have lost a loved one. Please plan to attend all five sessions. The meetings address the process of grief and provide an opportunity for the bereaved to express concerns and other issues when coping with the loss of a loved one. The support group also allows participants an informal setting in which to meet other people who are coping with the loss of a loved one. There is no charge to attend these sessions. Pre-registration is required.
