Target Heart Screening
Start prevention now and determine if you are at risk for heart disease with a Target Heart Screening from Prairie Lakes. The screening consists of four tests: CT Calcium Score, Blood Pressure Reading, Lipid Panel and Blood Glucose Test.
The cost is just $45. No physician's order is needed. You can make the appointment at your convenience by calling 605-882-7690. This screening is recommended for men and women within the age range of 40-70 years old. Anyone under 40 years of age must have a physician order to participate.

The Prairie Lakes Heart Failure Program supports patients with heart failure. Our goal is to help patients and their family members manage heart failure symptoms and improve their quality of life. Patients who enroll in the Heart Failure Program have access to a team of professionals who want to get to know you to provide a treatment plan that best suites your needs and goals.
Your heart failure management plan will be personalized and may include the following:

- Exercise appointments with cardiac rehab

Athletic Trainers
Jodi DeVaal works to support our student-athletes in surrounding areas while both Michelle Leitheiser and Faith Tyler serve Arrow athletes full time to reduce the risk of injury. They are supported by Physical Therapists at Prairie Lakes. These team members empower and support athletes at local games and events.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Aaron Jung, our PLHS Strength & Conditioning Coach works primarily with Watertown Arrows athletes, both at the high school and intermediary level, to ensure proper strength and conditioning programs are being developed and followed in order to reduce injury and help student-athletes to reach their full potential.

Physical Therapy focuses on the development of gross motor skills, functional mobility, strength and balance. Welcome board-certified Urologist, Dr. Keegan Maxwell. He is fellowship trained in minimally invasive treatment of bladder, kidney and prostate disorders, including cancers and stone disease. He joins Dr. Henri Lanctin, Urologist and will see urology patients at Prairie Lakes Specialty Clinic.
“I look forward to providing quality urologic care to the Watertown area,” said Dr. Maxwell. “As an urologist, I treat conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system. People can feel at ease with the fact that I am specialized in treating those conditions and I encourage those with symptoms to be seen sooner rather than later.”
Dr. Maxwell provides diagnosis and management of urological conditions; including, prostate issues such as enlargement and cancer, bladder and kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, and urinary issues such as incontinence, low flow, and blood in the urine, and chronic UTIs. His practice focuses on minimally invasive treatment.
