Mike and Jolynn Sackmann welcomed their new baby boy Ronan Michael at 10:50 p.m. January 1, 2017, weighing 7 lbs 13 oz and measuring 19 inches in length. Ronan is the first baby to be born at Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in Watertown for the 2017 year. Ronan’s grandparents are Gary and Susan Sackmann of Brookings, SD and James and Elaine Furhmann of Rapid City, SD.
