Prairie Lakes Healthcare System (PLHS) has named Watertown area native Heather Brewster as the new Director of Quality and Risk Management.
Brewster holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from SDSU and has worked in the Critical Care Unit at PLHS for ten years. She believes in safe and compassionate environments for patients. As a Critical Care Nurse she provided nursing care to patients for a variety of critical conditions, including respiratory compromise and diagnostic invasive monitoring.
“I am excited to take this next step in my career as Director of Quality and Risk Management,” said Brewster. “My staff and I are passionate about quality patient care and experience. We strive to support PLHS in providing safe and effective healthcare to the patients in our community and surrounding areas.”
