Our team of family doctors & pediatrician are here to keep your kids feeling their best through recurring well-child visits, scheduled vaccinations, parenting support for child-related concerns, and access to Convenience Carefor cold and flu.
Keep your infant, child, and teen healthy and on track by scheduling regular well-child visits. These visits allow early detection of health issues, development tracking, immunizations, physical exam, and any necessary screenings.

Sports physicals ensure your athlete is ready to safely participate in activites and avoid injury. These screenings check for medical conditions or injuries which may be affected by athletic activity. Sports physicals may be required by your school or organization before your child can participate. Prior to the exam, the following forms must be completed and signed by the student's guardian:

Dr. H. Russell Brown founded the Brown Clinic in Watertown, SD in 1935. There was one doctor, one nurse, and three rooms.
Over the years of excellent generational care, Prairie Lakes Brown Clinic has grown to house 15 physicians, 8 non-physician clinicians, and over 130 employees with two locations.
