PLHS is excited to bring both primary care and physical therapy services into the Castlewood community. This Grand Opening event will give guests an opportunity to talk through both the new Prairie Lakes Castlewood Clinic and Castlewood Wellness Depot.
Event Details:

- Open House from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
- Ribbon Cutting and short presentation at 5:30 pm
- This event is open to all PLHS employees and the public
The evening's event will include refreshments, door prizes, facility tours, provider meet & greets and more.
