Are You Eligible For a COVID-19 Vaccine Booster?

 Are you eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination or booster?

Pfizer-BioNTech

  • Can be administered for ages 5 and above.
  • The second dose can be given 3-8 weeks apart depending on your age.
  • Booster doses are recommened for ages 12 and above at least 5 months after the second dose and can be with Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines.
  • Adults ages 50 and above and certain immunocompromised individuals can choose to receive a second booster at least 4 months after their first booster.

Moderna

  • Can be administered for ages 18 and above.
  • The second dose can be given 4-8 weeks after the first vaccination.
  • Booster doses are recommened at least 5 months after the second dose. The booster dose can be with Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines.
  • Adults ages 50 and above and certain immunocompromised individuals can choose to receive a second booster at least 4 months after your first booster.

Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen

  • Can be administered for ages 18 and above.
  • There is only one vaccination for the series.
  • A booster dose can be received at least 2 months after the first dose with with Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. Anyone who received a J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccination for both their first dose and booster may receive a second booster at least 4 months after their first booster of either Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines.
  • Adults ages 50 and above and certain immunocompromised individuals can choose to receive a second booster at least 4 months after their first booster.
