Over 300 of Ladies Night Out 2016 attendees enjoyed tasting and learning about recipes that can be substituted for store bought favorites from our dietitians and Chef Rob. Now it's your turn. In honor of Nutrition Month this March, try making a few of our dietitian approved recipes at home:

We included tips with this recipe for modifications as it was not the healthiest  version…

  1. Use whole wheat flour (equivalent amounts)
  2. Replace 1 egg with 2 egg whites for less cholesterol
  3. Substitute ½ cup of applesauce and 3 Tbsp oil for ½ cup butter to lessen batch by 341 calories, 51 grams fat, and 55 grams of Saturated Fat.
